A. Role & Missions – What you will do 
Recruitment Lifecycle (60%)
- Reviewing job requirements and undertaking job evaluation exercises in conjunction with line managers
- Working with line managers to design job descriptions and competency-based interviews
- Supporting line managers to undertake various competency-based interviews
- Managing onboarding processes of new hires
- Managing exit processes
- Managing various recruitment statistics
Performance Management (20%)
- Reviewing HR processes and ensuring effective implementation within the business
- Undertaking briefings with the board of management to roll out various HR initiatives
- Advising managers on the performance management policy, procedure, and process
- Supporting managers/team leaders to conduct probation and performance reviews
- Assisting managers in dealing with performance and capability issues
Rewarding and Recognition, Engagement, and Office Life (20%)
- Assisting the management team to promote various reward and recognition initiatives
- Facilitate and work as a focal contact point in motivation & engagement initiatives
- Grow and maintain a collaborative and engaging work
B. We’re looking for
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as HRBP/ HR generalist/ Recruiter in a fast-paced & collaborative working environment, preferably start-up companies
- Familiar with HR analytics, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a sufficient English level
- Good task and time management skills
- Good service-minded and problem-solving attitude
